WOD 7/12/12

1X20 Back Squat

Notes: This should be a maximal UNBROKEN set. If you completed all 20 reps last week, add approximately 5% this week. If you were close to completing all 20 reps (15-19), use the same weight. If you weren’t close (10-14), take off 5%.

12 minute AMRAP of:

3 Snatches (any style) 135/95#
20 Double-Unders

 

Join us on Sunday at 1pm where we will be attempting to do SIX named workouts back to back without rest between. It's going to be one big terrible killer workout. Let me know in the comments section if you plan on attending.

 

Due to lack of attendance we will no longer have open gym on Sundays. We will have special events on Sundays from time to time like we are doing this week.

  2. 200 lbs. x 20 BS. 9 and 1/2 rds @ 105 lbs. and 20 DU’s. Good to be back in Beaumont after being in Houston all week. Fun 11:30 class with all my buds.

    7rds + 3 snatch (135#, 10du’s) pretty happy wit hthe rx on the snatch. felt good. did du’s in a wod! only ten but i think i did ok. still tricky for me.

  5. Entry didn’t take. Will try again. 200 lb. BS; then 9 and 1/2 rds @ 105 lbs., 20 DU’s. Glad to be back in Beaumont with CFB after most of the week in Houston.

  6. 20x back squat @ 145#
    9rds @ 75#

  7. 10RDS @ 105. Scott got 9.5 rds, so I had to beat him. Usually he wins, but not today! haha

  8. 230×20 PR by 5# and it felt easier than last time
