12 minutes Snatch Balance practice. These reps will be performed without the initial "heave" meaning you will simply drop under the bar without first jumping it off of your shoulders. You will use significantly less weight and just focus on your speed getting under the bar.

30 Lateral Jumps (over BB)
45 Ab-Mat Situps
