WOD 7/6/12

Work up to ~ 70% of your 1RM Squat Snatch

-then-

2 Touch & Go Snatches (full squat) Every Minute On the Minute for 6 minutes @ 70%. (feel free to increase or decrease weight if you have time)

 

5 rounds for time of:

45 sec. ME C2B Pullups
15 sec. Rest
45 sec. 5 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks @ 135/95# (if you complete the set within time limit start over)
15 sec. Rest

 

 

Mark your calendars; We will be holding an event Sunday, July 15 from 1-3pm. It won't be a competition; just a bada$$ workout we hope everyone is willing to take on!

    115 snatch

  2. That 15 seconds is not “rest.” It should be called “travel time.”

  3. 115-135# on the strength work.
    86 reps @135# with regular pull-ups. My pull wasn’t doing CTB again today.

  4. Well that was substantially harder than it looks.
    74 reps. 1st 2 rds with 93# then dropped to 83#. Used red band to get chest to bar.

  5. 135-160 in the 6 minutes of snatch. I’ve never done 2 reps touch and go that heavy, so PR sorta?

    104reps @ 155# 10-18 pull-ups each set, 8-10 reps on the barbell complex each set
