WOD 6/21/12

12 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch Balance.

 
-then-

 
3 rounds for time of:

50 Double-Unders
25 Burpees
25 Ab-Mat Situps

 

Mark your calendars; We will be holding an event Sunday, July 15 from 1-3pm. It won't be a competition; just a bada$$ workout we hope everyone is willing to take on!

    12:47 (3 x Singles)

    I thought i could go 7 minutes on the wod, took 8:37…

  4. 155 snatch balance which is considerably better than my last attempt. Not wht I wanted.

    Wod 8:48 rx. It was a fair race to neals time bc I couldn’t see the clock. Touché on the extra round

  5. 83# (I think) on snatch balance

    11:55 rx

  6. 125 snatch balance. Horrible time on WOD, but glad I still made it to class. Not feeling well with congestion, headache, etc. Had to pull over to throw up on the way home, but you know what? Totally worth it. Still got a workout in, and even PR’d DU’s with 30 unbroken in one of the sets of 50.
