"Fight Gone Bad"
3 Rounds: 1 minute at each station for max reps
Wall Ball (20/14)
Power Clean (75/53)
Box Jump (20/16)
Push Press (75/53)
Row (calories)
Rest 1 minute after each round
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. At the end of each minute the athlete/must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
The 11:30am class will not be changing times. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Also there will be no open gym on Sunday.

So I did this one at CFL. 195. 30 less that last time but I am sick so we’ll say it was that. Lol

Not sure if this was my first FGB but it was a darn good workout!
my row was about 14 each other time, so I would expect my reps would have been 235… But happy with 225!
225 reps RX’d and my first row was only 4 cal due to user difficulities!
