 WOD 4/5/12

"Fight Gone Bad"

3 Rounds: 1 minute at each station for max reps

Wall Ball (20/14)

Power Clean (75/53)

Box Jump (20/16)

Push Press (75/53)

Row (calories)

Rest 1 minute after each round

 

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. At the end of each minute the athlete/must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

 

The 11:30am class will not be changing times. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Also there will be no open gym on Sunday.

 

CrossFit Bridge City is having a crawfish boil on April 14. If you would like to attend please RSVP on the facebook event page.  Be sure to include how many pounds of crawfish you want! We will also be doing Murph that day around 12:30 at CF Bridge City. Come participate, watch, and hang with the Southeast Texas CrossFit crew!

  4. Never done this before but today is my rest day. However, I feel better today than the previous 3 days. I’m debating on whether or not I’m going to come do this.

  9. 241 RX. I’m not a fan of cleans instead of hspu on this one, however it does make things a bit tougher.

  15. So I did this one at CFL. 195. 30 less that last time but I am sick so we’ll say it was that. Lol

    Kara, come do the Jesus WOD at CFL @ 10am. Sheree and Karen Pierce are going to be there with some other people. Looks super tough.

  16. Not sure if this was my first FGB but it was a darn good workout!
    225 reps RX’d and my first row was only 4 cal due to user difficulities! :-) my row was about 14 each other time, so I would expect my reps would have been 235… But happy with 225!

  19. 233 rx’d!! OK for my first time. Box jumps slowed me down :’(i will work on them! !!
