WOD 4/4/12

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

 

 

15-12-9-6-3

Lunges per leg (45/30 DB)

Push Press per arm (45/30DB)

Each set ends with a Suitcase Carry (55/35) From pull-up bar to Bay door & back on each arm

  6. My back is killing me from Monday and Tuesday and my traps, but I’m still going to try and make it tonight for some squats and to practice my bell hoppin’ (suitcase carry).

    18:06 rx on the wod. We used 70 # kb but I had to use 65# db

  8. 235# x 5, 245# x 3 back squat (both pr’s)

    12:30 rx on wod

    11:36 45#, 70#KB

  11. 9:28 20# DB’s should have gona a little heavier but didn’t want to kill myself after being gone for 2 weeks with the flu…. And did both arms at the same time!!
