 WOD 1/24/12

5 Rounds:

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

10 Pull-Ups

 

4 Rounds:

2 Turkish Get-Ups/arm (55/35)

8 1-arm Russian KB Swings/arm (55/35)

 

2x400m Sprints with 3 minutes rest between efforts

  1. 9:18 on the first one with 115# and red/blue bands. Added purple on round 3 or 4. Pull-ups needing work. This one gets your forearms.
    7:33 on the other with 10# and 26#. Actually I think I did double TGUs on the first round.
    No 400s today.

    Great workouts the last two days and Saturday….my hips are definitely feeling all the squatting! :-) .

    7:48 (not gonna say rx bc I had to use my off hand to catch one on the second rd on the TGU/kb swings).

    1:16 on the race with Jason. His time was much more effortless than mine though.

    9:36- 26# TGU and 35# swings.

  16. 9:03 RX/8:28 RX then rowed the 400′s in 1:31. This WOD made me feel like a little girl.

  17. 7:47 RX on DL/Pull up WOD
    7:08 TGU wod RX
    1:29 on both rows.
    Jason… I hate auto correct as well, but that was a good one! :)
