Is the push press with bar or dumbbells?
January 23rd, 2012 - 04:38
The 33# girls rx makes me think bar.
January 23rd, 2012 - 07:34
It’s bar…and the first round you think, psssshhhh, should have used a 45…by 3rd round you think better.
125# fs for a 5# pr! (Thought I’d just tied my pr until we unloaded the bar and recounted!
4rds (+ 4 burpees) and 4 rds
Mountain climbers just suck the life out of you!

17 people at the 6am this morning. Biggest morning class we’ve ever had!
January 23rd, 2012 - 11:33
this looks like one of those where you come in thinking “this WOD doesn’t look bad at all!” and then you’re on the floor after..
January 23rd, 2012 - 13:26
Ha Kimball. I always look at the ones like this and think that.
January 23rd, 2012 - 15:06
305# fs. 7 1/2 rounds, 9 rounds Rx
January 23rd, 2012 - 15:24
Kimball and Stephanie, BINGO! In discussing which wod was harder, we realized that everyone thought whichever one they did 2nd was hardest. Go figure.
17 people and it went smoothe as silk!
January 23rd, 2012 - 15:48

Nice job Dena!!!
January 23rd, 2012 - 20:41
205#, which is a 50# PR from my old front squat! I really think taking a week off did wonders for my rest. I talked to Sean and Jason, they both agreed that my current five days straight a week policy was crazy (or at least not ideal) and Im going back to a two on, one off program to allow my body more recovery time.
I counted like seventeen or eighteen people at six o clock. And five o clock looked like it had the same amount. CF is taking off in the golden triangle…
January 23rd, 2012 - 20:55
Nice work in the front squat PR’s today girls. Those are impressive numbers.
Shanon- That’s a great goal to have. Keep at it!
January 23rd, 2012 - 21:28
Thanks Stephanie. You motivated me.
January 23rd, 2012 - 21:33

WOD 2- 7 rounds + 10 mountain climbers RX
Great job on all the PR’s today guys!!
January 23rd, 2012 - 21:45
230# FS, not a PR but I’m coming back with a vengeance.
9rds RX push press, 6rds RX gob squat
January 23rd, 2012 - 21:50
225#. Not a PR. 10 rds Rx push press. 5 rds Rx goblet squats. I ran out of gas on that last WOD.
January 23rd, 2012 - 22:06
Remember, if a coach tells you that your squat wasn’t low enough you shouldn’t count it as a PR
January 24th, 2012 - 08:20
Not sure of this is directed to me or not Neal but I failed at 315 squat because of not going low enough and dumping the weight
January 24th, 2012 - 09:42
Thats why I did it again Neal. Wanted to make sure I did it right.
January 24th, 2012 - 10:51
Dena – That’s what I like to see!
