  4. Looking forward to the “different” WOD…please omit any exercise requiring the use of the lower back or sandbags!

  6. The extra workout was a sandbag workout DJ. It was 250M row with a 200M 60# sandbag run for 4 rounds.

  9. I did the sandbag row workout! Definitely sucked but needed. We really needed to step up the weighted sand bag runs, I never take them seriously at the box.

  15. Scott Wells stopped and introduced himself to me this weekend, and I must say, total class act. Heck of a nice guy. Got to meet alot of great people in the community this weekend, and realized how much knowledge you can gain about Crossfit by meeting people and learning their experiences. I would definitely get to know the people around at the next event you go to!
