  2. 135# OHS, 53# get ups, 7 muscle ups and then we had a little emergency.

  9. That is awesome Sean and Jon. I think he was saying he did back squats instead of OHS though.

  10. Roger came back into the box during the 5pm class. He said everything was fine just heat exhaustion. If anyone is ever feeling light headed or dizzy it’s best to just stop and take a break.
