  1. this looks like a pretty tough WOD for them to come back on. looking forward to see how well i can do them and to tear my hands up some more

  13. 11:56…got 21 and 10 of 15 then had ad to drop to 75# on OHS

  14. JJ… you are just a bully sometimes… but good news… 9:25 (red) … tried to RX it but just couldn’t get all the pullups without complete muscle failure… oh well it was nice to go at it for the first 21 though. glad to be back on the pullup bar.

  15. I am gonna be sore tomorrow. It was a fun and hard workout. I had a good time and thanks to everyone for cheering me on
