    this might not be the best thing to do right before an important soccer game at 6

  5. How many people are interested in the Tough Mudder race coming up February 5th? If we have a team of 11 or more (discount of $10) and register before August 1st, it is $110 per person…after that day it will go up to $130 per person

  8. 1645 rx. Should have rested today. Legs were gone. Walked some of the running. Ran a 4:00 800 to start workout. Still a fun one if you love thrusters.

    Jay sign me up for race.

  12. Another day off with the back. Prob taking tomorrow off, then coming back strong saturday morning…

  13. 15:03 RX. That was tough on the last set which took over four minutes to complete the thrusters.

  16. Dialed the run down to 400m, 400m, 400m, 200m but 95# on the Thrusters and got 12:57 … definitely a great WOD… also got 25 burpees in 50 seconds for my new PR on 25 burpees. This love hate relationship I have with Burpees is getting out of control!

  17. 35# thrusters for me… and finished in 17:35…
    It’s good to be back.
