How many people are interested in the Tough Mudder race coming up February 5th? If we have a team of 11 or more (discount of $10) and register before August 1st, it is $110 per person…after that day it will go up to $130 per person

1645 rx. Should have rested today. Legs were gone. Walked some of the running. Ran a 4:00 800 to start workout. Still a fun one if you love thrusters.

Dialed the run down to 400m, 400m, 400m, 200m but 95# on the Thrusters and got 12:57 … definitely a great WOD… also got 25 burpees in 50 seconds for my new PR on 25 burpees. This love hate relationship I have with Burpees is getting out of control!
