Rope Climb Skill Work
AMRAP in 10 Minutes:
20 Wall Ball (20#/14#)
20 Bicycle Crunches
20 Double Unders

  1. I didn’t go today, but I did climb it after the cookout Saturday and got all the way up on the first attempt :) Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow!

  2. This workout is harder than it looks. I thought I was going to get around 8 rounds but only managed 6 RX. The wall balls start to suck! Also, great job Dan.

  9. Got bad sick for a couple weeks but Im building back fast. So sore from squats/pushups/squats I can barely move and I scaled big time. May try to get in Sat.
    Man Tobin is kickin butt. I remember his 1st day. Almost did not recognize him. Still sending anyone who will listen to you. Hope all is going well.

  10. warmed up, and sat out the workout. Felt like a punk, but I did make it to the top of the rope on the first shot!
