  1. 185×3. ramn out of time to go higher but a 10# pr for 3

    135 on the WOD…11:37

  2. 365# x 3. 20#Pr over 1rm
    10:49 (185#)

  3. 235 x 3
    8:55 RX

  4. 205# x 3. Went easy on my max. 9:58 @ 135#

  5. 185# x 3 6:33 @ 115# very light but just getting started

  6. 295# x 3.

  7. Couldn’t make it up to the Box today so I did an improvised workout:

    25 Burpees, 50 pushups, 15 burpees, 25 pushups, 5 burpees, 15 pushups

    Time: 6:25

    Burpees are evil but I love ‘em.
