5 Rounds:
3 Front Squat (185#/135#)
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Ring Dips

  5. This workout is tough. The last set took as long as the first four combined I think.

  12. The ring dip and hspu combination do not go together at all. I flew through the first set and then hit a wall on the hspu’s the second set. Good job Marcus. That is a great time.
