  2. 75# 2rep max, 45# for the wod 4:48! Light lifting today after deadlifts yesterday, but i loved this one!

  3. just dont let it happen again!!! i cant sleep til i see the WOD for the next day

    i set another PR today. 145×2 on the clean and jerk. also cleaned 150 lol fail on the jerk

    6.50 on the Wod with 105

  4. I’m with JJ, my day just can’t start until I know what is coming at 5:00! Nothing like doing heavy C&J after a ridiculous day of Deads!
    205 for 2′s WOD at 6:15 Rx’d.
