75# 2rep max, 45# for the wod 4:48! Light lifting today after deadlifts yesterday, but i loved this one!

i set another PR today. 145×2 on the clean and jerk. also cleaned 150 lol fail on the jerk

I’m with JJ, my day just can’t start until I know what is coming at 5:00! Nothing like doing heavy C&J after a ridiculous day of Deads!
