Lindsay gearing up for the Womens Competition

WOD 7/19/10

Deadlift 1-10-1-15-1-20
Tabata Dumbbell Snatch (45#/30#)

All sets of the deadlift should be heavy and challenging. For the tabata workout you will alternate arms halfway through each interval.

  1. 205# max deadlift(PR) and 175-165-155(roughly) for lighter weights.
    40# DB for 70 reps.
    Fun workout today

    30# snatch…66 times

  4. 265# was heaviest dead lift
    135-10/ 155-15
    60 snatches 40#

  5. Crazy heavy day! 405-315-425-315-435-315… had to cut that last set of 315 down to 15 reps but other than that I was very pleased… 87 DB snatch Rx’d.

  6. 365-275-385-245-405 (PR!) – failed at 225 for the last set of 20

    86 Snatches RX

  7. Crap I tell ya, just crap. Off the game today. but tomorrow will be betta.!!

  8. 265-225-285-225-315#(15# pr) didn’t get to the set of 20
    35#db x 85

  9. 365-315-385-275-410 –ran out of time for the 20– followed up by 425# PR.

    Thank you Neal for pushing me at the end to try more weight.
