WOD 7/15/10

"Kalsu"
100 Thrusters (135#/95#)
5 Burpees at the top of every minute

This workout will have a 20 minute cutoff. Be sure to scale appropriately. Post time to comments.

  1. Big boy workout at 3:45 if anyone wants to join. Minimal coaching since I’ll be working out.

  3. I’m not going to make it this evening, but is this one possible with a 20 minute cutoff? This seems crazy ridiculously hard.

    This was a good one.

    Stefan gets my props for completing this WOD in 15:45 without taking any breaks or resting any rounds. F’ing CRUSHED it!
