  1. I’m in CO snowboarding this week. Crossfit make it EASY. No soreness and can go all day. I get a little winded in the trees but recover FAST.

  2. A couple of our other athletes are in New Mexico snowboarding right now too. I’m a little jealous. Hope you’re having a blast!
