Learn and Play new sports; like frisbee!

WOD 3/1/10

"The Terrible 25"
AMRAP in 25 minutes:
5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
5 Overhead Squats (95#/65#)
5 Handstand Pushups
5 Burpees
5 Box Jumps (30"/24'')

Today is Neal's 25th birthday so of course this workout is going to be very difficult. Enjoy!

    12 rounds and burpees. one ab-mat for the HSPU.

  3. 8 rounds, sadly had to use the box. But one day my friend, one day soon, pullups with no band, and true hspu!! Happy birthday again buddy!

  4. 9 rounds. 2 ab mats

  5. 12; blue/ 75#/ 1 mat/ 30 in.

  6. more brand new- awesome
