  1. In case my last question was missed.. what do the numbers like the 53 and 35 stand for in parentheses next to some of the exercises?

  2. The 53# and 35# are the prescribed weights to use for the kettlebell swings and goblet squats. This of course can be scaled down to a lighter weight.
    Remember, We design our workouts to challenge the fittest of athletes and expect about 80-90% of our athletes to scale the workout to their level of fitness.
