I noticed from the link that the class was put on by Trident Tactical. I have a buddy who CrossFits and works for Trident. He is also a former Navy Seal. He is involved at a place called the "HIRT Locker" here in Dallas (HIRT stands for High Intensity Real-world Training") It's a lot of fun. Think of an obstacle course inside of a rock climbing gym with a virtual shooting range as one of the stations.

That is all too true. Many many times throughout my Marine Corps experience things got to the extremes in PT where you just never feel like that, like you are getting better at it. Your comment reminded me of a combat marksmanship class, instructed by a Navy SEAL, I went to in Austin. During all our shooting drils if anyone on the firing line missed the black or designated target area we all had to do pushups, situps and other various exercises with our rifles. Not all those in attendance we the best of shooters so needless to say we were all pretty waxed by the end of the days. At the end of the course we could get this shirt. http://yfrog.com/5itcsucklessp
