Thank you so much to everyone who donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Associations “Lock-Up” Campaign! Neal and Burt completed the 1500 burpees (750 each) yesterday evening in just under 2 hours. All the money that we raised will be used to send children with MDA to summer camp so thank you again for your contributions! It’s not too late to help out so you can donate at my funraiser page. However, we won’t be doing anymore burpees 🙂

    8:51 on the met con, scaled up to 275# on deadlifts. Bad idea after all the burpees yesterday. Didn’t realize how bad they would affect me today
